Recently, the Automated Material Handling System (AMHS) project collaborated between MoveLink and a global leading semiconductor enterprise has reached a key milestone — the turnkey AMHS solution provided by MoveLink has been successfully delivered and officially put into operation on the customer's core production line.
As a material flow control system for semiconductor production lines, AMHS directly determines equipment cycle time and production line turnover efficiency. Serving as the turnkey contractor, MoveLink undertook the overall solution planning, implementation & delivery, and after-sales operation and maintenance of the full set of AMHS equipment for this project. The production line adopts composite robots for material transfer and equipment loading/unloading, which not only improves production efficiency but also reduces operational costs and minimizes human intervention.

The newly commissioned AMHS system has achieved in-depth adaptation and seamless connection with the customer's existing production lines, demonstrating remarkable results in actual operation:
✔️ Efficiency Improvement: The production line's material turnover efficiency has increased by approximately 25%, effectively reducing errors and uncertainties caused by manual intervention.
✔️ Stable Operation: Since its commissioning, the system has achieved zero unplanned downtime for 60 consecutive days, providing strong support for the continuous and stable production of the line.
