  • Adopting a dual depth picking AGV, the customized clamping mechanism is compatible with multiple sizes of cardboard boxes, bringing higher efficiency

  • The site covers an area of 1350 square meters, with a designed storage capacity of approximately 160 pallets, 13000+cardboard boxes, and 1200+material boxes to increase the capacity of the raw material warehouse
  • Reasonably plan functional zoning into three areas: Staging, Storage, and Dormitory
  • Adopting dual depth picking AGV brings higher inventory and space utilization, using Forklift AGV and SLIM AGV to adapt to pallet handling, and suitable for cold storage -4 ℃ low temperature environment
  • Customize WMS system, integrate with customer SAP system, consider multiple specific job processes, and improve warehouse automation/information processing level
